Our new eight-story building on Monivong Boulevard is the new addition to our serviced office range. Demand for serviced offices in Phnom Penh has been increasing steadily over the last couple of years. The city is under supplied by quality serviced office buildings and VTRUST is set to help correct this imbalance.

Parking, security and well trained professional service staff are just some of your requirements which haven’t been adequately met in Phnom Penh up until now.

Now we have an Office Center which can satisfy your requirements. We wish to personally welcome you to visit our building and enquire about our services. We are confident you will be pleased with what you meet.
Security

Security cameras will be in operation on each floor of the building. The security detail will monitor activity on the Closed Circuit TV from the security center. They will also patrol each floor 24 hours a day.
Coffee Shop

The coffee shop (Park Café) will open from 6:00 am until 9:00 pm and serve Cambodian and western cuisine, in an air-conditioned and relaxed atmosphere. The café also contains two VIP rooms which you can book for private meetings.

Food and drinks can be delivered to offices throughout the building. Park Café can also provide full catering services upon request.
Reception

The building’s ground floor front lobby will have a minimum of two receptionists during working hours, and at least one during breaks and lunch.

The receptionists will welcome office workers and visitors and also inform tenants of special announcements and events.

The reception desk will also liaise with the security detail in order to control and log access to the building.
Business Center

The lobby will also contain a business center. There visitors can purchase some stationery items, use a free WiFi internet connection and avail of other business orientated facilities.
Roof Top Terrace & Bar

The roof top will also contain a communal terrace for office workers to enjoy. Snacks and drinks can be purchased throughout the day. It will be a place to relax and socialize. An area to meet coworkers and enjoy the elevated view of Phnom Penh.

The terrace area is also available to book for private functions.
Fitness Club

The roof top will contain a gym, sauna and steam room. Customers can choose to pay a membership fee or pay per visit. Each company which leases office space in the building will be entitled to one free membership for the company CEO or head manager based in the building. Discounted membership will also be available to anybody working full time in the building.
Parking

The ground floor will contain a sheltered car park. There will also be a motorbike and bicycle parking mezzanine floor which is accessed via a ramp at the side of the building. Reserved parking and night parking spaces are available for a fee.
Location

The VTRUST Office Center, which opens its doors in January 2009, is going to raise the standard of serviced offices in Phnom Penh. The building is conveniently located on Monivong Boulevard in the center of Phnom Penh’s dispersed business and aid organisation districts. Close to major routes in and out of the city, the Office Center will be easy to reach while avoiding the major gridlocks regularly seen further North along Monivong Boulevard.
